Key Technical & Design Highlights

• The module is called PoliTal‑M: Portable Lightweight Foldable Module for Make-Shift Hospitals and other needs. 

• Standard module size: 6.0 m × 3.0 m × 2.8 m height (ready-to-use) and in folded condition height ~0.3 m. 

• Foldable design: Walls consist of four cladding panels with heavy-duty hinges allowing them to fold down to the ground. 

• Lightweight & transportable: The total folded structure weighs around 1 ton (approx 1300 kg) and can be transported to site and lifted with a crane. 

• Rapid deployment: Requires only 2-3 workers and can be erected in less than 1 hour. 

• Versatile & modular: Can be linked or stacked; units can serve for hospital beds, housing, or converted to toilet cores. 

• Built-in utilities: Electrical provisions including lighting are integrated even when folded for transport. 

• Material-efficient & stable: Uses standard steel sections, designed for credible stability (wind loads up to 50 m/s in one spec).
